2. Nature of Service

The Platform acts as a digital intermediary between users and canteen vendors.
The Platform does not prepare or sell food.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.

4. Order Fulfilment & Pickup

Orders must be collected within 60 minutes of being marked as ready.
Failure to collect within the specified time may result in:
- Order cancellation
- No refund eligibility

5. Food Responsibility Disclaimer

The Platform does not guarantee:
- Food quality
- Hygiene standards
- Allergen-free preparation

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
- Misuse the Platform
- Provide false information
- Interfere with system functionality
- Engage in fraudulent transactions

Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

7. Service Availability

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- External factors beyond our control

8. Data Usage & Privacy

User data is collected and processed as per the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access without prior notice

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in Telangana, India.

If the dispute remains unresolved:

It shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

Refund Policy

All orders placed through the platform are considered final and non-cancellable.
Users are not permitted to cancel orders after placement, and such orders are non-refundable.
However, in certain exceptional circumstances, the vendor reserves the right to cancel an order.
In the event that an order is cancelled by the vendor, the user will be eligible for a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method.
